Dana Schachter (Greenbaum)
Dana's journey into the healing arts began with a desire to lead a more natural lifestyle and a love of working with her hands. Dana provides a deep experience of holistic renewal with her nurturing presence and commitment to restore the body's natural ease through massage. In 1998 she established her studies in a 1000-hour Holistic Health Practitioner Program at the Heartwood Institute in Garberville, California. There she immersed herself in her studies of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Polarity, Reflexology, Pre-natal and other complimentary therapies. In those foggy early mornings in Northern California Dana's love for yoga was born, deepening her experience of the mind-body connection and furthering her awareness of the dynamics of anatomy. She emerged a year later, her gifts for the healing arts strengthened, and continued to sharpen her skills through active work in the field of massage as well as continuing education courses.

She completed several trainings in Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute and in the summer of 2007 studied Craniosacral Therapy for Pediatrics, expanding her scope to include working with newborns, toddlers and children. Craniosacral Therapy is a beautiful blend of energy work with a strong emphasis on the physiological as well.
